Alert

Coal Street Bridge Closure

Plymouth Township was formally notified (made aware) by our neighboring community, Plymouth Borough, and their contractor for the start of a major project, that the Coal Street Bridge will be shut down due to a wall repair on Monday, January 13, 2025. Traffic can either go over Temperence Hill/Lee Street Bridge and through the Borough, or up Smith Row and Curry Hill around Jesse Road, and down West Mountain Road to Route 11.

We have notified emergency services, police, garbage haulers, post office and newspapers.

However, it’s suggested that if you order fuel oil, propane, food or any other delivery or service, please make them aware of the temporary route.
